I feel we need to have a topic called “Not the NBN”…my bloody internet has gone down and Telstra claim there is nothing wrong on their end. Yet their online troubleshooter tells me otherwise. And my flipping device won’t connect.
Sorry to hear about your issues, shame it’s not isolated, heard many a tail about Optus and Telstra wiping their hands of any NBN issues and the NBN just telling you to contact your ISP.
The NBN are testing a replacement for copper… At least you can piss on this to make it go faster
