Jumanji 3

It has been announced that a third Jumanji movie is in development with the same director and writers from the previous film Welcome to The Jungle.
The stars of Welcome to the Jungle including my wife Karen Gillan are expected to reprise their roles in Jumanji 3.
Sony has a target date of December 2019 in mind for Jumanji 3.

Jumanji 3, in which my wife Karen Gillan is expected to reprise her role as Martha/Ruby from the previous film Welcome To The Jungle, has been slated for release on December 13 2019.

Although not an update on Jumanji 3, Jack Black and Madison Iseman who both played Bethany in Welcome To The Jungle, were both in Goosbumps 2: Haunted Halloween.
Like Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is the second film in its respective film franchise.
In Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, Madison Iseman and Black were not seen together as the former played Bethany in the real world while Black played the avatar of her in Jumanji.
That was not the case in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween as they briefly interacted together.
Ironically just as they were both credited in Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle, Black is not credited in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween.
Both Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle and Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween are essentially stand alone films with only a brief reference to what went on in the respective previous films but audience could still enjoy these respective second films if they had not seen the respective previous films beforehand.
Like Bethany, Madison Iseman’s character Sarah in Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween is also a high school student.

Danny DeVito and Nora “Awkwafina” Lum has been cast in Jumanji 3.

Oh yeah! Karen Gillan, all the way!

Charmed (2018) 1.14 had Macy (Madelene Mantock) referencing Jumanji.

This is most definitely an in-joke to the fact that fellow cast member Ser’Darius Blain (Galvin) was in Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle playing Fridge which he reprises in the upcoming Jumanji 3.

Danny Glover and Dania Ramirez has joined Jumanji 3.

Jumanji: The Next Level trailer with my wife Karen Gillan:

Jablinski Games: Father of Dragons featuring my wife Karen Gillan:

Jablinski Games starred and created by Jack Black, my wife Karen’s co-star in the Jumanji movies.

My wife Karen turns up at around the 10.47 mark and in her Jumanji outfit.

Black makes an analogy to Hitler and my wife Karen had met Hitler in Doctor Who: Let’s Kill Hitler.

They are both Stanley Kubrick fans and there is a scene in Eyes Wide Shut I like to re-enact with her.

Jumanji: The Next Level Final Trailer with my wife Karen Gillan:

There is one thing in common with Doctor Who: A Town Called Mercy, one of my wife Karen’s episodes as Amy.

Saw The Graham Norton Show which came on December 6 2019 with Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart as they talked about Jumanji: The Next Level.

Their co-star Karen Gillan was seen in this Show from the Jumanji: The Next Level poster and then a clip of this movie.

The Sydney Sunday Telegraph of December 15 2019 has a holiday movie guide which includes a picture of my wife Karen Gillan (with co-star Jack Black) in Jumanji: The Next Level and it is released on Boxing Day.

TV WEEK of December 21-27 2019 has a piece on Jumanji: The Next Level with a couple of pictures of my wife Karen Gillan with her co-stars.

The Asylum has its mockbuster of Jumanji: The Next Level and it’s The Final Level: Escaping Rancala:

My wife Karen Gillan’s counterpart in this movie is Jessica Chancellor:

The Sydney Sunday Telegraph review of Jumanji: The Next Level with my wife Karen Gillan on December 22 2019 by Vicky Roach gave it three and a half stars, the verdict of “Value-added sequel” and under the headline of “Sequel’s a whole new world of fun.”

It has a picture of my wife Karen with her co-stars in the movie and Roach mentions her in the review as she says that “nobody would dare mess with Karen Gillan’s kick-arse heroine Ruby Roundhouse.”

Quite a surprise on the character that Awkwafina played.

Enjoyable when things unexpected happened, then again that is the Jumanji definition of expected.

My wife Karen was the primary reason in watching this and definitely been given good things to work on especially doing a certain dance routine again.

The bit with the talking horse made me think of the Doctor talking to a horse in Doctor Who: A Town Called Mercy, one of my wife Karen’s episode as Amy Pond.

My wife Karen as Ruby says, “I have a boyfriend”. If I could fix that I would have her say, “I have a Chinese boyfriend Matthew See”.

Jumanji: The Next Level ends surprisingly with something that no one could have foreseen.

In the Sydney Sunday Telegraph of December 29 2019, Jumanji: The Next Level with my wife Karen Gillan mentioned as a cast member got included in Holiday Movie Magic by Leigh Paatsch as he gave his ratings for young viewers.
For Jumanji: The Next Level he gave it two stars for under 5s, three for 5-8s, three and a half for 9-12s and three and a half for 13+.

My wife Karen Gillan was on Lorraine on December 6 2019 to talk about Jumanji: The Next Level and Doctor Who also comes up:

Other things that came up is her wanting to direct a horror film with Lorraine suggesting that she should cast Matt Smith in such a film.

My wife Karen Gillan’s impressions including her Jumanji co-star Jack Black:

WatchMojo: The Rock Gets ROASTED by Kevin Hart - Jumanji: The Next Level cast interview with my wife Karen Gillan:

This came on my wife Karen’s birthday on November 28 2019.
