Foxtel sports fans take the action with them with beIN SPORTS CONNECT app

Popular sports app joins Fox Sports app and WatchESPN app as part of a Foxtel sports subscription at no extra charge*

Foxtel today announced that Foxtel subscribers, whose subscription includes the Sports pack, now have access to sports programming via the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app, as part of their existing subscription, at no extra cost.

Today’s news means that Foxtel subscribers have another way to keep up with all of the live sporting action and sports commentary from beIN SPORTS’ popular magazine shows on smartphones, tablets, PC and Mac. The app’s arrival for Foxtel subscribers comes just as the European Football season kicks off with LaLiga, Serie A and Bundesliga starting this weekend. Plus, from this weekend beIN SPORTS will broadcast the Turkish Super Lig in Australia with live coverage of Kasimpasa vs. Besiktas, Osmanlispor vs. Galatsaray and Fenerbahce vs. Trabzonspor, all available live via beIN SPORTS CONNECT.

The beIN SPORTS CONNECT app offers linear streams of beIN SPORTS 1, beIN SPORTS 2 & beIN SPORTS 3 channels, plus access to additional games not available on the beIN SPORTS channels including every game of the UEFA Champions League, every LaLiga game, every UEFA Europa League game, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1.

Leah O’Gorman, Foxtel’s General Manager, Sport Partnerships, said, “Sport fans are becoming increasingly mobile and take their love of the game with them to enjoy wherever and whenever they want. The addition of beIN SPORTS CONNECT to our existing sports app line up, including the Fox Sports app and WatchESPN, maximises the value of a Foxtel sports subscription and keeps fans in the game regardless of whether they’re in the living room, on vacation, or taking a sneaky look during their lunchbreak.”

beIN SPORTS CONNECT complements Foxtel’s three beIN SPORTS channels and brings subscribers 24/7 access to live streaming of the beIN SPORTS TV channels, plus more catch up games and highlights shows. Subscribers can download it from the Apple app store or Google Play or access online via

WatchESPN streams the best of international sport on your tablet, smartphone or PC offering access to a range of live international sports, online only events and matches simulcast with ESPN television including NFL, NBA, MLB ESPN Films and more.

The FOX SPORTS app features news, fast scores, live match stats and more, including additional camera feeds of Supercars, Formula 1™ and MotoGP events; NRL, Super Rugby and A-League matches on demand, plus popular magazine shows including AFL 360, Back Page and others.

Wallabies Spring Tour Europe matches LIVE on beIN Sports

beIN SPORTS is your home for international rugby union in November, with the Wallabies’ Spring Tour matches against Wales, England and Scotland the highlights of a feast of matches.

Buoyed by their stirring Bledisloe Cup win over the All Blacks in Brisbane, the Wallabies will embark on their annual tour of the northern hemisphere full of confidence.

First up will be a Wales outfit desperate to avoid a 13th-straight loss to Australia on Saturday 12 November. The Wallabies next face Eddie Jones’s England, looking to arrest a three-match losing streak against the old enemy.

Australia concludes its Spring Tour against a Scotland full of confidence on the back of its upset 24-18 win over the Wallabies in June. Only one point separated the rivals in the corresponding fixture last year and Michael Cheika’s team will face a challenging final hit-out against Gregor Townsend’s sixth-ranked Scots.

Don’t miss the Rugby Review each Monday, from 13 November, at 9pm AEDT on beIN 3, where we round up all the week’s international action.
