2GB launches Rugby League Video Podcasts

Macquarie National News has announced the launch of two new video pod-casts featuring the latest Rugby League news and comment.

The Rugby League season is always a hot-bed of controversy on and off the field. The new video pod-casts give Rugby League fans another perspective – an expert’s opinion – on the issues surrounding the players and the game.

Andrew Moore, a member of Ray Hadley’s top-rating Continuous Call team, will host a daily video featuring the latest rugby league news and comment. League fans can download the video pod-cast from 2GB.com and FreeDigitalContent.com

Moore told radioinfo; “Rugby League fans don’t just stop following the game at 5pm every Sunday; they have an enormous thirst for the issues in the sport.

“Like every rugby league supporter, I have strong views on various issues whether it is a decision by the judiciary or the current salary cap controversy. Hopefully these video pod-casts can provide an alternative view that will prompt further debate and consideration.”

In addition to Andrew Moore’s daily updates, Macquarie National News is also launching a series of in-depth, behind-the-scenes interviews with NRL players conducted by 2GB’s leading sports team, including Mat Thompson and Michelle Keighran.
