Fringe: The Road Not Taken is the penultimate episode of season 1 and The Road Not Taken looked similar in description to Doctor Who: Turn Left and they both about alternative realities if one had taken a different path in life. Like Doctor Who: Turn Left, The Road Not Taken comes after an episode called Midnight. Whereas Doctor Who: Turn Left featured Billie Piper as Rose Tyler, Fringe: The Road Not Taken featured Jennifer Ferrin who had played Rose Tyler (named after the Doctor Who character) in the US Life On Mars.
To sum all this up Doctor Who: Turn Left and Fringe: The Road Not Taken are episode titles that are similar in description to each other as it involved alternative realities as a result of different path in life being taken, both episodes in their respective series came after an episode called Midnight and both feature an actor who had played the character called Rose Tyler either in the episode itself or elsewhere.

Ahead of its screening on Go!, I just finished the first season of Fringe. The season finale is called There's More Than One of Everything and no I could not find anything in common with The Stolen Earth.
Wow what an ending to the first season.

After finishing season 1 this week, Go! will go straight to season 2 from Wednesday December 23 8:30pm. Yippee I get to see more of Anna this summer.

Fractured:
Season 2, Episode 3.
Olivia's cane sure came in handy when she used it to destroy that device.
I was taken aback when she suddenly didn't need the cane anymore.

Momentum Deferred:
Season 2, Episode 4.
Very shocked that Anna drank worms.
Fascinating revelation of what happened when Anna was in the parallel universe.
Finally the end of the fake Charlie Francis.

Dream Logic:
Season 2, Episode 5.
Dreams can sure be deadly.
Knew there was something dodgy about Dr Nayak.

Snakehead:
Season 2, Episode 8.
It was very nice of that Chinese woman to help Walter out even though he was a complete stranger to her.
What an expression on that girl's face upon seeing something moving inside that man's body.
Very tender scene between Walter and Astrid after she got attacked. It certainly is a contrast from season one, when they barely knew each other, when Walter assaulted Astrid in order to get away.

Grey Matters:
Season 2, Episode 10.
Dee Jay Jackson who played Security Guard in the Paul McGann Doctor Who TV movie also appeared as Security Guard here in this Fringe episode. Since the Security Guard in both Doctor Who & Fringe are nameless one could be tempted to think of a Doctor Who-Fringe crossover with Jackson playing the same security guard on both shows.
A very good episode for Walter.
Quite curious that the houseowners were only gagged. Wouldn't the villains have killed them instead.

Fringe renewed for a third season:
http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/03/06...d-season/44066
Go! skipped showing 2.11 Unearthed this week and shown 2.12 Johari Window instead. This is probably because, depending how you look at it, Unearthed is either a missing episode of season 1 or takes place in the parallel universe, in either case it looks disjointed with the other season 2 episodes.
Johari Window:
Season 2, Episode 12.
Overall not a bad episode about a community of deformed people.

The Bishop Revival:
Season 2, Episode 14.
The beginning of this episode takes place at a wedding. Incidentally Torchwood had a wedding in its second season in Something Borrowed.
The plotline of a scientist doing very cruel experimentations on people has been done very very well.
