The Ten Network says it is poised for solid growth in its market share off the back of successful reality series MasterChef Australia.
Nick Falloon, Ten's CEO, has also taken a pay cut of 55 per cent, Ten's annual report showed yesterday.
"Ten is now poised to extract an increase in market share in the year ahead," Mr Falloon said.
"The work done during the year to strengthen our businesses and establish momentum across the company means Ten Holdings is in a much stronger position for 2010 and beyond."
Ten chief executive of television Grant Blackley said the network's digital multi-channel One was performing well in all metropolitan markets.
"We look forward to making an announcement about a third digital channel in the year ahead," he said.
