whoops, I should point out in relation to above:

Luke's ok, he has a broken leg - lady driving the car bent to pick her mobile off the floor of the car, she looked up, had jumped the car park and went onto the school playground and knocked the right side of his body - he's ok, he likes the woman (mother of a friend of his) - so there's no bad blood. The mother was inconsolable, Lukey and I didn't want the cops to press charges but they basically had no choice.
